Primary cutaneous CD30+T cell lymphoma: A case report
Primary cutaneous CD30+ T cell lymphoma is rare lymphoma originally in and confined to the skin. These lymphomas usually present as a large solitary and often ulcerated nodule. Its prognosis is a good and has a good response to radiotherapy. We report a 34- year- old man who had primary cutaneous CD30+T cell lymphoma on his face, which presented as an ulcerated nodule.
متن کاملPrimary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma localized to the lower leg: a distinct, locally aggressive cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
BACKGROUND Distinct categories of skin lymphoma with preferential site localization and unique clinical behavior, including leg-type primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, have recently been described. Although these entities are rare, they exhibit reproducible clinicopathologic features, and their recognition may allow more appropriate treatment protocols. OBSERVATIONS We describe ...
متن کاملPrimary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma.
Primary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (PCMZL) is included as one of the major types of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma in the revised World Health Organization-European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer classification. Clinically, PCMZL is an indolent disease and has an excellent prognosis. PCMZL is composed of a polymorphous infiltrate that includes centrocyte-like,...

Several authors have described reactions both to nickel and palladium ions,[1-3] which has led to the thinking that the reaction is not dependent on the element itself but rather on the formation of comple...
متن کاملNodal peripheral T-cell lymphoma with secondary granulomatous cutaneous involvement.
Sir, The presence of a granulomatous pattern has rarely been described in cutaneous lymphomas, mycosis fungoides (MF) being the variant more frequently reported (1 – 4). The aetiology of granulomatous reactions remains unclear and its prognostic value is still disputed, although a favourable influence on outcome has been hypothesized (5). We report here the case of an 87-year-old man with nodal...
